Where do you ship from?
Zolay ships lawn care equipment directly from our trusted warehouse partners located throughout the United States. Depending on your location and the specific product ordered, your item may ship from facilities in California, Texas, New York, or Florida to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your door. All shipments are handled by professional logistics partners to guarantee your equipment arrives safely and efficiently.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States. Express shipping options are available for 2-3 business day delivery on most lawn care equipment. Please note that larger items like riding mowers or commercial equipment may require additional 1-2 days for processing and freight preparation. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
How do I track my order?
Once your lawn care equipment ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and direct links to track your package. You can also log into your Zolay account and visit the "My Orders" section to view real-time tracking updates. For orders containing multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers as products ship from different warehouses.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't already shipped from our warehouse. To request changes or cancellations, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. Once your lawn care equipment has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order, but you can return items according to our return policy if needed.
What is your return/refund policy?
Zolay offers a 30-day return policy on all lawn care equipment. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your lawn care equipment arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement part, arranging for a full replacement, or processing a complete refund. All damaged items are covered at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, Zolay offers exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition. Common exchange reasons include receiving the wrong model, needing a different size cutting deck, or wanting to upgrade to a more powerful engine. Exchange shipping costs vary depending on the size difference between products. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange and receive specific instructions for your lawn care equipment.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information can sometimes experience delays in updating, especially during peak shipping seasons or when packages transfer between carrier facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated for 3-5 business days, this could indicate your lawn care equipment is in transit between sorting facilities. Weather conditions and high shipping volumes can also cause temporary tracking delays. If you're concerned, our customer support team can investigate your specific shipment status.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Zolay only ships lawn care equipment within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply). We do not offer international shipping due to the complex regulations surrounding power equipment, batteries, and fuel-related products across different countries. We're working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update customers when international options become available.
