Check Your Confirmation Email
The easiest way to track your order is through the tracking link in your confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Your Zolay Order is On Its Way!" This email contains:
• A direct tracking link that takes you to your package's current status
• Your tracking number for manual lookups
• Estimated delivery date
• Carrier information

Manual Tracking with Your Tracking Number
If you prefer to track manually or need to check your package status on the go, you can use your tracking number directly on the carrier's website:
For US orders: Most packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number in their tracking tool.
For international orders: Your package may be handled by multiple carriers. Start by checking with the original shipping carrier, then use your local postal service's website once the package arrives in your country.
Expected Delivery Timeframes
United States: 7-14 business days from the ship date
International: 15-30 business days from the ship date
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and can vary based on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
If Your Tracking Hasn't Updated
Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in 5 or more days. This can happen for several reasons:
• Your package is in transit between sorting facilities
• Weather delays or high shipping volumes
• International customs processing
• Carrier scanning delays
In most cases, your package is still moving toward you even if the tracking isn't updating in real-time. We recommend waiting an additional 2-3 business days before taking further action.
When to Contact Support

• Your US order hasn't arrived after 21 business days
• Your international order hasn't arrived after 45 business days
• Your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package
• Your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days
